Proximity isn't everything
Maybe you did karate as a kid, maybe you watch a ton of UFC/ MMA, maybe you were an athlete and want to get back into a competitive sport and you’re thinking about training jiu-jitsu. So you go to Google and you type in these 4 words:
“Jiu-jitsu Near Me”
It's a good start.
You’ll get a listing of all the websites and social media for all the jiu-jitsu (and probably other martial arts schools) within a 10-15 mile radius of your house and you will get a sample size of what they offer and a lot of times, that’s enough to get you to come in and check them out
But sometimes the closest“Jiu-jitsu near me” just isn’t enough
Sometimes, the information you find is either just a little too vague, or a little too similar to all of the other gym’s and you’re not sure where to start at all.
At No Limits, we try to do things just a bit differently.
If you look at our website, social media pages, and really everywhere you can find information on us, you will find us talking about things like our culture, our core values, our belief system, what we train, who we train, what our expectations are etc etc.
We like transparency.
You will have a good idea of what we are about before you ever come through the door.
Once you do come through the door, before your free first training session, you will sit down with our coach and we’ll get to know a little bit about you, your background, your goals with jiu-jitsu/grappling, and how we can best help you reach them, It's important to us that when you are a No Limits Athlete, you are anything but just a number.
Ultimately, the best thing you can do when deciding on where to train is to experience a gym for yourself and make sure its the right fit for you and what you are looking to get out of training
But we feel like the more information we can give you upfront the better decision you can make on where to train jiu-jitsu whether it's “near me” or not.
